What makes a clean cutout
Clear separation between the subject and its surroundings helps any segmentation model. Good light, visible edges, and a subject that fills the frame usually improve the result. Fine hair, glass, motion blur, and similar colors can remain difficult.
Built for privacy, within honest limits
Image pixels are not uploaded to our application server. The browser downloads static model files on first use, and optional analytics never receives your image or filename. Large images can still be limited by device memory.

Why can the first image take longer?
The first use downloads a model of about 192 MB plus runtime files. Your browser may cache those files, but each image still needs local AI processing. Download and processing times depend on your connection and device.
